"Seeing The Hand of God In All Creation"
 A Meditation on Stewardship and Care for Creation
in the Context of A Consistent Ethic of Life

 


This video meditation weaves together
the themes of care for God's creation, respect for all life,
concern for the global poor whose lives are especially
vulnerable to environmental degradation,
and our common call
to stewardship of the Earth.


The introduction to the meditation is in silence,
with accompanying music beginning later.


The meditation was shown at all weekend masses at
 Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Parish, Tucson AZ,
on Respect Life Weekend 3-4 Oct 2009,
which coincided with the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi.
The scriptures that day included the story
of Adam & Eve in the garden (Genesis 2:18-24)
and Jesus speaking about divorce
and hardness of heart (Mark 10:2-16).
