Sr. Sandrale's Peanut Butter Project Objective: to provide an income for women in the parish community

	Sr. Sandrale has organized a women's group to make peanut butter. Here's how they do it: 1st day: shell a bushel peanuts 2nd day: roast the peanuts 3rd day: grind the peanuts three times to make peanut butter of the right consistency From a small start, they have developed a large market. Now the demand exceeds their production capabilities. To meet the demand, Sr. Sandrale was able to purchase a motorized peanut grinder through the assistance of benefactors in Kentucky. â
